Shipping Policy

We offer three delivery services - Standard Shipping, Express Shipping, and International Shipping

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If a customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, the customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

1. Areas in Service

*P.O Box is not accepted as the shipping address.

Standard Shipping and Express Shipping is available within the United Kingdom and Germany.

International Shipping is available for any countries out of the the United Kingdom.

We can ship to more areas. If your area is not on the above, please contact us.

2. Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping

Orders shipped via Standard Shipping are typically shipped within 1 business days and arrive in 2 to 3 business days. Estimated delivery dates will be shown to you at checkout.

Note: For International Shipping, typically, the shipping will take 7-15 days on delivery.

Express Shipping

Express Shipping is a flat rate of 4.99 GBP. All Express Shipping orders confirmed before 8 AM BST will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after 8 AM BST will be processed and shipped the following business day. Orders placed on Friday after 8 AM BST will be shipped on the following Monday (excluding holidays). Estimated delivery dates will be shown to you at checkout.

Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

In some special cases, Ulike will send an order confirmation email to the customer to ensure the safety of the transaction, and the package will only be sent after Ulike received the customer's verification. The order starting date will be the date of the customer's confirmation email, and the customer's response time will not be included in the promised delivery time.

3. Order Process - Two notifications emails

• Order confirmation: Once your order is placed, please allow 1-2 business days for your order to remain in the "Processing" stage. This does not mean we have not received your order. Your order is being prepared and readied for shipment.
• Package confirmation: After we package your order and ship it out. The second confirmation email will be sent to you and then your tracking number comes out at the same time.
• To know the delivery status, You can track your order or view your account.

Need to Know

Ulike is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, Ulike is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance). 

4. Duties and Taxes

Local taxes and import duties may be incurred in some countries and are not included in the amounts shown. The buyer or recipient of the shipment is responsible for all such taxes and duties. Our products are sold worldwide, and we cannot guarantee that they meet the import requirements of every country. If in doubt, please check with your country's customs office prior to ordering.

Note: Shipments to EU member states from our German warehouse are exempt from import duties.
