1. The Promoter

2. The Promotion
2.1 The title of the promotion is "Ulike UK Black Friday 'Review to Win' Prize Draw."

3. Key Conditions of the Promotion
3.1 The Promotion offers participants a chance to enter a prize draw if they (i) purchase a new Ulike IPL model ("Qualifying Product") during the period 12th November 2024 (GMT) to 3rd December 2024 (GMT) (the "Promotion Period"); (ii) submit a review of their Qualifying Product according to these Terms and Conditions during the period 12th November 2024 (GMT) to 31st December 2024 (GMT) (the "Entry Period").
3.2 The Promoter will conduct a prize draw during the Entry Period. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries to receive the prizes, as detailed in Section 5 of these Terms and Conditions.
3.3 Provided that the review is submitted per these Terms and Conditions:

• It will be eligible for entry into the Promotion regardless of whether it is positive, negative, or neutral.
• The content of the review will not affect the winner's selection, which will be random.

3.4 All entries must be submitted online in accordance with Section 4 below during the Entry Period.
3.5 Prizes will be issued only once the winning entry has been verified as per these Terms and Conditions.
3.6 Participants must provide the information outlined in Section 4 to enter this Promotion.
3.7 Participants may only enter the Promotion once per each Qualifying Product.

4. Eligibility Requirements
4.1 The Promotion is open to UK residents aged eighteen (18) or over.
4.2 The Promotion is not open to employees of the Promoter, its holding or subsidiary companies, anyone involved in the Promotion's administration, agents, or immediate family or household members of such individuals.
4.3 This is a consumer-only Promotion. Purchases made on a trade or wholesale basis are excluded.
4.4 Purchases of accessories, ex-display items, seconds, or replacements are excluded from the Promotion.
4.5 All reviews submitted must be honest and genuine. Participants may be disqualified if their review is found to be fake or fraudulent (e.g., if they have canceled or requested a refund before reviewing the product).
4.6 This offer cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or voucher codes from the Promoter or its Group during the Promotion Period.
4.7 By entering the Promotion, participants confirm eligibility and represent that all information provided (including the review) is complete, honest, and genuine.
4.8 The Promoter may request proof of eligibility and identity.

5. How to Enter
5.1. To enter the Promotion, you must first purchase a Qualifying Products during the Promotion Period at [https://uk.ulike.com/] .
5.2. Share a review of your Qualifying Product via Instagram and tag @ulike_gb. The review post must include at least one picture or 25-second video related to the Ulike Qualifying Product.
5.3. All steps must be completed by the end of the Entry Period.
5.4. Proof of purchase may be requested by the Promoter. This must be an original purchase receipt for a Qualifying Product within the Promotion Period. Deposit receipts or order confirmations are not accepted.
5.5. Only entries with all required steps completed by the end of the Entry Period will be considered, and prizes will only be issued to successful entries.
5.6. The Promoter encourages genuine reviews of its products. All Qualifying Product purchasers who submit a review, whether positive, negative, or neutral, are eligible for the prize draw. Winners will be randomly selected, with review content having no impact on winning chances unless an entry breaches these Terms and Conditions.
5.7. Only participants who purchase a Qualifying Product during the Promotion Period, and submit their entry by the Entry Period, are eligible to participate in the Promotion.

6. The Prize Draws
6.1. Prizes will be awarded daily during the Entry Period with multiple winners selected each day across four prize categories:

• 1st Prize: Full refund of the order placed during the Promotion Period (2 winners daily)
• 2nd Prize: Air 3 (2 winners daily)
• 3rd Prize: UV Sterilisers (10 winners daily)
• 4th Prize: 50% OFF sitewide (20 winners daily)

6.2. Each entry that meets the criteria in Section 5 ('How to Enter') will automatically qualify for the daily prize draw. Winners will be selected through a random drawing process.
6.3. The Promoter will notify winners via Instagram account @Ulike_GB and confirm email or phone using the contact information provided in their entry. Winners of physical prizes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes) must confirm their acceptance and provide the necessary delivery details within thirty (30) days.
6.4. The Promoter will require you to provide full name, address, phone number, email address, details of a valid Ulike product order proof, order email and purchase date for the Qualifying Product you have purchased.
6.5.If a winner fails to respond or does not provide the required information within the stipulated period, the Promoter reserves the right to forfeit the prize and select a new winner.
6.6. The Promoter is not responsible for incorrect or out-of-date contact information provided by entrants. Prizes sent to an incorrect address due to such errors will only be reissued if returned to the Promoter.6.7. The Promoter will not accept returns or refunds on Qualifying Products during the Promotion Period once a prize (1st, 2nd, or 3rd prize) has been delivered unless the prize is returned along with the Qualifying Product.

7. The Prizes
7.1. Prizes in the Prize Catalogue are non-transferable and subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute prizes with similar items of equal or greater value. No cash alternative will be offered.
7.2. Prizes include delivery within mainland UK (excluding Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands). Additional costs are not covered.
7.3. Prizes will be dispatched within thirty (30) days of winner selection and entry verification.

8. General Terms and Conditions
8.1. The Promoter is not liable for lost, delayed, or misdirected entries due to technical failures, except in cases of negligence by the Promoter.
8.2. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that cannot be verified due to incomplete or incorrect information.
8.3. These Terms and Conditions do not affect statutory rights, including the right to return faulty products.

9. Data Protection

10. Publicity
10.1. The Promoter may publish winners’ surnames and partial prefixes of an email address. If you object to such publishing, please contact the Promoter, who will still provide this information to the relevant authority upon request.

11. Intellectual Property
11.1. The Promoter does not claim ownership of any intellectual property rights in your submitted Review. You retain all copyright and other intellectual property rights in your Review. However, by participating in the Promotion, you grant the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license for the duration of any intellectual property rights in the Review, allowing the Promoter to use, display, publish, transmit, copy, edit, alter, store, re-format, and sub-license the Review for market research, Promotion administration, and general marketing purposes.

12. General
12.1. If the Promoter reasonably believes you have breached these terms and conditions, it reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify you from the Promotion or from using the online Promotion portal, including future promotions.
12.2. The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion and these Terms and Conditions as needed due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control or if deemed necessary.
