Prize Draw Terms & ConditionsThis prize draw (the "Promotion") is organised by Ulike International B.V. ("we," "us," "our") and is governed by the following rules (the "Rules"), with participation exclusive to uk.ulike.com. By participating in this Promotion, you agree to and accept all Rules.1. Promotion Period

• First Round: The First Round of Promotion begins at 00:00 on September 15, 2025 and ends at 23:59 on September 21, 2025. We will announce the results of the First Round of Promotion on September 22, 2025.
• Second Round: The Second Round of Promotion begins at 00:00 on September 22, 2025 and ends at 23:59 on September 28, 2025. We will announce the results of the Second Round of Promotion on September 29, 2025.
• Third Round: The Third Round of Promotion begins at 00:00 on September 29, 2025 and ends at 23:59 on October 6, 2025. We will announce the results of the Second Round of Promotion on October 7, 2025.

2. Eligibility & Entry

1. Who may enter: This Promotion is open to individuals aged 18 years or over. Employees of us, our affiliates, agents or any third party directly associated with the administration of the Promotion, and their immediate family members, are not eligible to enter.
2. How to enter: Participants may enter the Promotion by completing specific actions during the Promotion Period. The Promotion consists of three (3) separate rounds, each with its own price drawing. Points are earned based on the participant's specific actions and determine the chance of winning in each round.
3. How to Earn Points: Participants can earn points as follows:Subscribe our newsletters with email (only once): 2 pointsSubscribe our newsletters with phone number (only once): 3 pointsPurchase any of Ulike IPL hair removal device (per item): 15 points

Important:

• Email and phone subscriptions can each earn points only once during the entire Promotion.
• Participants may choose to subscribe in different rounds. For example, if one subscribes via email in the First Round, and via phone in the Second Round, he/she will earn points in each of those rounds, but only once per subscription type.
• No additional points will be granted for repeated subscriptions in later rounds.
• Product purchases earn 15 points per item and are counted toward the round in which the purchase occurs. There is no limit to how many points you can earn via purchases in each round.

3. Round Participation and Point Allocation

1. The Promotion is divided into three rounds, with each round having a separate prize drawing.
2. Points do not roll over between rounds. Points are only valid in the round during which the qualifying action took place. Email subscription points apply to the round in which the email subscription occurred, and cannot be earned again. Phone number subscription points also apply to the round in which they occur, and likewise can only be earned once.Product purchases earn 15 points per item and apply to the round of the purchase. There is no limit to how many points you can earn via purchases in each round.

Examples: If a participant:

• Subscribes via email in the First Round → earns 2 points for the First Round.
• Subscribes via phone in the Second Round → earns 3 points for the Second Round.
• Tries to subscribe via email again in the Third Round → no additional points.
• Buys 1 product in the First Round → earns 15 points for the First Round.
• Buys 2 products in the Second Round → earns 30 points for the Second Round.

Total across rounds: 2 points in the First Round (email) + 15 points in the First Round (purchase) + 3 points in the Second Round (phone) + 30 points in the Second Round (purchase)4. Winner Selection and Probability Calculation

1. Selection: There will be eight (8) winners in each round—one for First Prize; two for Second Prize; five for Third Prize. At the end of each round, winners will be selected through a weighted random draw based on the total points accumulated in that round. The drawing will occur in the following order:

• First Prize (1 winner)
• Second Prize (2 winners)
• Third Prize (5 winners)

1. Winning Probability: Each participant’s winning probability for each draw is calculated as:

Once a participant wins a prize in a round, they will be excluded from winning further prizes in that same round (i.e., a participant can only win one prize per round).Examples：

• If a participant subscribes with both email and phone and make a purchase in a round, he/she will earn 20 points in total in that round. If the total points from all participants are 10,000 in that round, his/her winning odds would be 20/10,000.

1. Notification: Winners will be notified via the email address they provided upon entry and announced on our Website.
2. Substitute Winners: If a selected winner is disqualified, fails to respond within 48 hours, or is otherwise ineligible, we reserve the right to select a substitute winner from the same round.

1. Response: Winners must respond to claim prizes within 48 hours of notification. Prizes will be dispatched within 14 calendar days thereafter via the email address they provided upon entry.
2. Prize Redemption: All prizes will be distributed in the form of coupon, which winners can use to claim their rewards:

• First Prize winners will receive a coupon valid on https://originmattress.co.uk , which allows them to place an order at zero cost (free checkout).
• Second and Third Prize winners will each receive a coupon valid on uk.ulike.com, which they can apply at checkout to redeem their respective prizes.
• Each coupon is valid for 7 days from the date of issue. Unused or expired coupon cannot be reissued.

1. Prize Rules: Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative. We reserve the right to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value without prior notice.

6. Additional Rules of Promotion

1. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable.
2. Invalid, duplicate, or fraudulent entries may be disqualified.
3. Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact information to receive coupon.
4. Each coupon is single-use and tied to a specific prize tier and website.
5. We reserve the right to verify entries, substitute prizes of equal value, or modify the rules at any time.

7. Disclaimer & Liability

1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or disappointment suffered directly or indirectly as a result of participating in this Promotion or accepting/using any prize.
2. We are not responsible for any technical malfunctions, system errors, network connection issues, website interruptions, or any other force majeure events that may affect a participant's entry or the prize draw process.
3. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this Promotion at any time, including during the Promotion Period, without prior notice, especially in cases of fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control that compromise the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion. In such events, we will have no liability to any participant.
4. We will not be liable for any consequences arising from a participant's failure to comply with these Rules.

8. No Purchase Necessary

1. Entry is free and there is no obligation to purchase any goods or services as a condition of entry.
2. Purchasing is merely one of the ways to boost points.

9. Privacy & Personal Data

1. Usage: Information collected from you will be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying winners, delivering prizes and marketing They will not be shared with third parties except for prize fulfilment.

3. Data Protection: Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act 2021 and the UK GDPR. Data will only be used for the purposes of administering the Promotion, notifying winners, delivering prizes and marketing.
